Synopsis:

Feeling unusually charitable (so you're pretty sure it will backfire on her) Ally sees a distraught young woman sitting on the sidewalk. The girl turns out to be downright rude, and even throws her purse at Ally, sending her crashing to the ground. Remember her kickboxing training? Ally does a spin kick, having not already learned her lesson with the Pringles incident last year. Both are arrested.

Stefan, the saga continues: The Biscuit is intent on training his little green protege, though is disheartened when dreamgirl Nelle is repulsed by it.

Ally and Hannah bond behind bars, both grateful they're not rooming with Vern and the gang at Oz. Released finally, Ally agrees to take on the girl's other pending assault case, it seems a jealous Hannah tossed her best friend Laura Payne in a dumpster for having a fling with her boyfriend. Hmmm, Ally wonders why she didn't think of that when Renee got up on stage with Greg Butters last season. Though her gung-ho spirit shrivels when Judge Snipp informs her that she is Hannah's fourth attorney.

Meanwhile George returns and much to Elaine's dismay (she can sense the sparks) he insists that Ally handle the paperwork for the new magazine that he's starting up. For once Ally fights her selfish instincts and out of reverence for her sort of friend Elaine she insists to George that they keep their relationship strictly platonic.

The Demise of Stefan, Part 1: While innocently trying to grab hold of Stefan in the uni-sex, the frog falls into a fresh bowl and is accidentally flushed by Cage's remote. A little time slips by before Richard tells a shattered John what happened.

Hannah tries to make amends on the stand for her hurting her friend Laura but is stopped short when child prodigy Oren Koolie emerges from the plaintiff's table spouting about Ally kicking him before, which everyone naturally finds appalling news.

Mourning Stefan, Part I: Nelle explains to John that she hates frogs cause one ate her beloved hamster Millie when she was just a girl (hard to imagine her ever having been just a girl). John thinks a memorial service may be just what he needs to say farewell, but his pals can't control their Chuckles the Clown type hysterics at the quasi-sad affair. Continuing to let her softer side shine through even though she's far more entertaining in prickly mode, Nelle buys John a new frog which he names Millie.

Back to the circus, um, court, Ally stumbles upon the similarities between her situation with George and her secretary, and Hannah's self-induced plight. She deliver a decent closing, snapping at little Oren in the process, the dam bursts again. For once Ally loses and Hannah is force to pay the hefty damages of one dollar.

Heeding Elaine's pleas that she loves George like no other, Ally, for the moment at least, allows the man to slip from her grasp.
