Synopsis:

A pinch of tissue cells, a dash of blood- double, double, toil and trouble to your heart’s content- and then y’know, ick!

Sure it’s tempting to say yes just so there were enough Larry Paul’s to go around, but even a guy as lonely as John wasn’t too keen on his client’s idea to clone his dead wife. The only one benefiting would be Woody Allen’s new sub genre films answering the eternal question, ‘is she my wife or daughter?’ Nevertheless, whether for honor or his bubbling at the surface Ally crush John agreed to a High Noon showdown with Larry.

Is it unfair to the clients that Larry and Ally’s firm keep facing off considering they’re on rather friendly terms?

Well, perhaps a notch less friendly when Larry suggested to Ally that none of them could beat him ever, of course, it was all in endearing fun. With Larry being slightly less goofball he’s the designated Gary Cooper leaving John to conjure the only manhood he knows- Barry White. Alas, dancing in the uni-sex paid off for Larry not John.

Back to the cloning thing, if Ally could bring back Billy, would you want her to?

Poor Ling, she’s in love with a gorgeous nice guy, of all the rotten... well, she’s just not lucky in love on the net like her emotionally phobic comrades Nelle and Elaine. She began throwing herself so hard at Richard she almost got a concussion or maybe that’s the sign of one. Anyway, Ling shoved away denial only to have Jackson "glutton for punishment" Duper not realize the grand gesture of her lunch invitation. Eventually they re-edited their meet cute moment at the bar and danced the night away.

Do you think Jackson and Ling are going to hear wedding bells or will Vonda be singing a particular Dixie Chicks tune in her honor?

A fun and funny episode, much appreciation to director Adam Arkin for making the often tedious courtroom scenes as short as possible. Brevity, as someone of intellect once said, is the soul of wit.
